All custom non-woven, bio, and jute bags featuring client logos, customized dimensions, or personalized branding are final sale and completely non-returnable.

We issue digital artwork proofs before production. Order execution begins only after explicit client approval of logo positioning, dimensions, and print colors.

If an item arrives damaged or exhibits a clear manufacturing defect unrelated to approved artwork, please notify our team within 48 hours for immediate resolution.
